Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

reduced-cost re-scans are available at £5.99 per re-scan for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase of the original WebMOT Service

any reduced-cost re-run is strictly limited to the same website URL and the same primary email address used for the original Audit and may not be used to scan a different website, domain, or materially different online property;

if you request a re-scan of the website after expiry of the 30 day reduced cost period, you will be required to purchase a new WebMOT Service at full price (£49.99); this will include a new 30 day period where reduced cost re-scans (£5.99) can be purchased.

Once an Audit has commenced, it is deemed consumed and non-refundable, except where required by law or where GeekyBee Ltd determines that a technical failure has occurred.

Data Retention and Access

WebMOT is designed as a short-term technical audit service. To support data minimisation, platform performance, and system integrity, audit data is retained within the WebMOT dashboard for a limited period only.

Unless otherwise required by law:

audit results, reports, crawl data, scan history and any related technical information generated through your use of WebMOT will be available within your WebMOT dashboard for a period of up to thirty (30) days from the date of the original Audit run;

during this period, you may view, export, and download reports and outputs made available through WebMOT.

For the avoidance of doubt, this retention period applies to all audit-related data, including submitted website URLs, domains, audit records, associated metadata, and other identifiers linked to the scan.

Where re-scans are performed within the 30-day period, the resulting data forms part of the same audit record and does not extend the original retention period unless explicitly stated otherwise

After the expiry of the 30 day retention period:

access to audit data, reports, and scan history within the WebMOT dashboard will be permanently removed; and

audit-related data stored within WebMOT systems will be deleted as part of automated system management and data lifecycle processes.

You acknowledge that:

WebMOT is not intended to operate as a long-term data storage or archiving service.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing any reports, data, or outputs you wish to retain before the expiry of the 30 day period.

Once deleted, audit data cannot be recovered.
